Driving Primary Care Transformation: People, Technology, and Care Navigation

The European Forum for Pirmary Care (EFPC) is happy to announce its 2026 annual conference. It will take place in Hospitalhof,  Stuttgart, Germany, at the Centre of Europe from the 6th to the 8th of September 2026. The Bosch Health Campus is pleased to host this conference as a local partner. 

The conference is open to the public, and we warmly welcome anyone with an interest in primary care who would like to join the discussions and exchange ideas with colleagues from across Europe. 

The Pre-Conference on 6 September will focus on site visits to primary care organizations and facilities in and around Stuttgart, offering participants practical insights into the German primary care system.

The main conference on 7 and 8 September will feature keynote lectures, workshops, and interactive sessions, providing ample opportunities for professional exchange and discussion on current developments and challenges in primary care.

On the evening of 7 September, participants are invited to a conference dinner at the Reithalle Stuttgart, creating an informal setting for networking and further exchange.
