Sundi: New digital health service for people aged 55 and over

Imagine being able to go on long hikes for many years to come, play carefree with your grandchildren, cook with friends or enjoy your favourite hobby without restrictions. Staying healthy, living actively, feeling good – that's what many people want, especially as they get older.

However, in everyday life, it is often difficult to do something for your own health on a regular basis. This is exactly where SUNDI comes in: the new free and ad-free digital prevention service supports people aged 55 and over in promoting their health and integrating healthy habits into their everyday lives in the long term. Sundi is an initiative by Bosch Health Campus and Charité – Universitätsmedizin in collaboration with scientists from the Karolinska Institutet.

Free, personalised and always with you

Sundi is a digital prevention service with scientifically proven, easy-to-understand and practical content. The aim of the partner institutions is to support people in the second half of their lives in integrating health and prevention into their everyday lives in a sustainable and uncomplicated way.

Sundi goes beyond being a mere information site: the interactive service can be tailored to the personal needs of each user. The central element is the virtual health assistant ‘Ask Sundi’, an AI-supported chatbot that responds in around 80 languages. It provides individual recommendations, accompanies users on their journey to a healthier lifestyle and motivates them to make long-term behavioural changes.

What makes Sundi special is that it also enables users to define, implement and continuously track personal health goals in key areas such as sleep, exercise, nutrition and stress management. 

With Sundi, we want to put prevention first and shape health together – individually, digitally and scientifically proven, for a better quality of life in old age.
