SAINDBOX - AI Health Sandbox BW

IN BRIEF

About SAINDBOX

SAINDBOX – AI Health Sandbox Baden-Württemberg is funded by the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Social Affairs, Health and Integration and led by the Bosch Digital Innovation Hub.

Within the AI Health Real-World Laboratory, AI innovations are supported and accompanied across three activity areas:

  • AI Data Lab
  • AI Framework Lab
  • AI Competence Lab

The aim is to enable AI innovations to enter the healthcare market more easily and quickly, thereby increasing the adoption of AI innovations in healthcare.

As part of SAINDBOX – AI Health Sandbox BW, initial external AI use cases can now be supported, with selected external use cases being assessed and accompanied throughout the process. For questions relating to already identified regulatory barriers, SAINDBOX also offers a Short Track, through which support can be requested at short notice.

In addition, AI developers and organizations can apply for longer-term support for their use cases. Twice a year, the SAINDBOX Advisory Board selects a limited number of use cases for regulatory support for a period of up to 12 months.
