In Summary

About the Project

Being able to move safely and independently is an important prerequisite for social participation and quality of life in old age. The personalized prevention project aims to demonstrate how targeted early detection and individually tailored exercise programs can help maintain mobility for as long as possible. It is designed for older adults who wish to remain active and independent, identify limitations early on, and specifically reduce their personal risk of falling. The project is based on a structured approach that includes a self-assessment, medical and therapeutic diagnostics, and individualized counseling. Based on this, individual needs are identified, and a suitable prevention program tailored to personal needs is developed.
