The program combines scientific training approaches from strength, balance, and reaction training that can be flexibly applied as a modular system: on-site, at home, or supported by digital applications.
The goal is to strengthen the safe mobility and independence of older adults in the long term, promote participation, prevent falls, and maintain quality of life.
The pilot phase of the project focuses on establishing the structures and processes for the program, testing it with approximately 50 participants, and subsequently evaluating the results. Ultimately, the goal is to create a long-term, sustainable program.
