As part of its projects to promote and strengthen digital health literacy, the Bosch Digital Innovation Hub (BDIH) – Coordination Office Telemedicine Baden-Württemberg (KTBW) has developed various loan formats featuring practical demonstration tools. These formats enable multipliers to borrow digital health solutions free of charge and test them in everyday settings. 

By making digital solutions accessible, the initiative supports multipliers in strengthening participation in the digital world and promoting equal opportunities in healthcare, particularly for vulnerable groups such as older people. The learning and hands-on experience offered by these formats aims to reduce barriers to using digital applications, build confidence in digital healthcare services, and promote safe and competent use. 

There are three different loan formats designed for different target groups. DigiKompAss – Digital Competence to Borrow, Experience and Train is aimed at multipliers in the community, such as digital health ambassadors, LandFrauen and senior citizens’ councils. The DigitalHealth Backpack is designed for representatives of the healthcare professions and is available in two different configurations.
