Brief description: The international Clinnova project focuses on transforming the use of personalized data into direct health benefits for patients and citizens. Complex data integration and applied artificial intelligence (AI) are being integrated into the stratification of patients with complex chronic diseases and in pandemic situations. With a focus on data quality and standardization, the aim is to develop effective AI algorithms that can support physicians in prescribing the right medication for individual patients at the right time.
Objectives/outcomes: Development of integrated, digital, and AI-supported healthcare solutions within a European Health Data Space.
